Section 1 - Eligibility to order
You confirm you can legally make a purchase where you live, or have guardian consent, and that you will not break laws or upload harmful code. Any breach ends your access.
Section 2 - General conditions
We may turn down service to anyone. Except for payment data, which is always encrypted, information may move across networks and be reshaped to fit technical needs. Reselling or copying any part of the shop needs our written permission.
Section 3 - Accuracy of content
Details on the site may not always be complete or current and shouldn't be your sole basis for a choice. Some content stays up for reference, and we may revise it whenever without any duty to.
Section 4 - Products and pricing
We can change prices or pull products at any time without notice, and we are not liable for doing so.
Section 5 - About the products
Certain pieces are online-only and limited, with returns under our Refund and Return Policy. Colours may look different on your screen. We may restrict sales by region or quantity and cannot guarantee a product suits everyone.

We may refuse or cancel orders and set quantity limits. You agree to keep your billing and account information accurate and current.

Occasionally information such as a price or delivery time may be off. We can correct it or cancel an affected order at any time, even after you order.

If a clause cannot be enforced, the remaining clauses still stand in full.

Obligations from before termination survive it. You can leave any time; we may end access on a breach, and outstanding amounts remain due.

These terms plus any posted policies make up the full agreement and replace earlier ones.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

The current version is always here; continued use after a change means you accept it.
Section 20 - Shipping, returns, and refunds
We prepare orders in 1 to 3 business days and ship in a further 5 to 8, so most arrive within 6 to 11 business days, cut-off 3:00 PM ET. Returns are welcome within 30 days on unused items in original packaging, with no restocking fees and return postage paid by you. Refunds reach your original method within 7 business days of inspection. To begin, email info@siennamalibu.com with your order number.
