If a Sienna Malibu piece isn't right, returning it is simple. Here is how it goes.

Your window

You get 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. Items should be unused, as-received, and in their original packaging. No restocking fees, ever.

Starting a return

Email info@siennamalibu.com with your order number and we will send clear steps. Please wait for our okay before posting. Return postage is yours to cover, and we suggest a tracked service.

Prefer a swap?

Tell us when you reach out and we will sort an exchange wherever possible.

Arrived damaged or incorrect

Send a quick photo and your order number and we will put it right at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is in and checked, the money returns to your original payment method within 7 business days, give or take a little bank processing time.
