- Items unused, in original condition and packaging
- No restocking fees, ever
How to start a return
Email info@siennamalibu.com with your order number and we will reply with step-by-step instructions. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and a tracked service is recommended.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, email us right away with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
