Shipping policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Wondering when your Sienna Malibu order arrives? Here is the timeline.

Preparation

We fulfil orders Monday through Saturday. Orders are readied in 1 to 3 business days. Beat the 3:00 PM ET cut-off and yours begins the same day; later orders, or those placed on a Sunday, start the next fulfilment day.

In transit

Shipping then takes 5 to 8 business days, putting most deliveries at 6 to 11 business days in total. Orders are dispatched Monday through Saturday, anywhere in the United States.

Stay in the loop

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Peak periods or weather can add a little time; if so, we will keep you updated.
